How we can work together:
- I work with restaurants, wine bars, and retail staff. Sessions are delivered on-site at your venue or online, and are fully customized to your team size, wine list, and goals.
- Single Session — from $350: a focused 2-hour workshop on a topic of your choice: Italian wine regions, your wine list, food pairing, or sparkling wines.
- Training Program — from $1,300: four sessions over two months, each building on the last. Ideal for restaurants that want ongoing staff development without the commitment of a full-time educator.
